Was on a 12 hour drive last night from NY to TN with my daughter when unexpectedly my car broke down in on the interstate in Roanoke. Frustrating and a little scary for sure. Before we knew it, Mick the tow driver showed up, got us off the interstate, took us to the airport so we could rent a car and transfer our things, and then sent us on our way while he took our car to the dealer. I am so grateful. Mick was professional, kind, and went the extra mile! What could have been a really stressful and difficult event that stopped us in our tracks became a two hour bump in the road. Many thanks to Mick and such a great towing service!

I would like to say a special thank you to Justin @ Mitchell's Towing. Justin was there before me Friday,May 16, 2024. I had a flat tire at a local venue the night before, and there was no available serviced. Sò dispatch asked if the morning was okay. , of course I said yes. Fast forward to Friday morning, I got a call, voice message saying he would be there in 15. Justin was patient, his skills at how he was going to get in the garage, overhead and very trying, as I had a car appointment in Salem this morning He went above and beyond and was the nicest person. The establishment bought him water because it was so hot. Justin made sure everything was safe and correct before I drove. Thank you, JUSTIN!!! If ever I need towing, I am going to ask for your service. You are the best.

While inside an appointment, I had a tire slashed, and was thinking it would be hours before help arrived. I Was Wrong! James with Mitchell's was at my car in less than 30 minutes! James pulled out that heavy spare, had the tire changed and filled with the appropriate amount of air, in just a few minutes. James arrived quickly, was prepared, knowledgeable, and most of all - a kind, helpful man that patiently answered all my questions. James put all the heavy items back in the trunk. I cannot say enough about how safe and comfortable I felt with this wonderful young man! Mitchell's is prompt, thorough, and trustworthy. If I ever need assistance again, I hope I'm Blessed to have James's help, as I promise you I will be calling Mitchell's! Thank you James for your kindness, unloading and reloading the heavy mess in my trunk on that hot humid day, and most of all, for gently calming my very frayed nerves! Mitchell's Tow service responded quickly when both our (parked) cars were rendered undrivable when they were hit on an early morning. The tow truck driver arrived quickly and towed away our cars to the Mitchell's lot to hold until we could identify a collision repair. He also swept up the considerable amount of debris left in the road left behind. Very good experience!

My battery and key fob went dead so I couldn’t get in my truck! Frank came and did a quick no hassle job! I would highly recommend Mitchell’s towing and recovery for your lockout needs!

Outstanding towing service! I was stuck on the shoulder of I – 81 at dark with a flat tire. He arrived quickly and immediately started changing my tire. He was friendly and fast, and it didn’t take long for me to get back on the road. He followed me on the interstate until I got off on the next exit. I didn’t ask him to, he just did. I was relieved that he was concerned enough to make sure I was safe. I highly recommend Mitchell’s towing!!
