Quick service. I called Mitchell’s towing today because they had 4 stars. I am leaving 5 starts. Gavin showed up within minutes of my call. Polite and friendly. He went out of his way to help out and I appreciate it! I would definitely recommend Mitchell’s towing and Gavin.

I had taken my nephew to Ferrum college 5 hours away from home where my tire went flat and no spare around 5pm where everything seemed to be closed. Jake came and towed are car gave us a ride and went above and beyond to stay with us at the tire shop to make sure we weren't taken advantage of. Then leaving the tire shop we had to call Jake back again as the car overheated. He was not a mechanic, he didn't have to come back and help us but he did. He came and looked under the hood found the problem a d even offered to fix it. Though O'Reilly didn't have the part he put a temporary fix on for me to be able to get me back home safely. I will forever be grateful to Jake. I would give Mitchell's towing my business any day over any other towing service. Who needs Jake from state farm when you have Jake from Mitchell's! Thanks a million!

I needed my vehicle towed to get it worked and Douglas was very helpful and went the extra mile to assist me. I would definitely use him again if I needed a tow again.

Our family of 6, including little ones in car seats, got stranded on the side of 81 after dark on a Friday. These guys were there so fast and towed the truck all the way back home to MD for an extremely reasonable fee. Even took us to the only rental place that was open and had a minivan so we could drive back home the same night. It scares me to think what could have happened if not for their kindness and generosity. I will never forget Chad and the team for coming to the rescue. You guys are real heroes!

This young man was extremely kind, courteous, and professional with a tire blowout late Saturday evening and was graciously also the one who came Sunday morning to tow to tire place after donut proved to be insufficient as well. Great job and great representation of a wonderful company.

Mark the Manager, stayed on the phone with me until the tow truck arrived. He kept me calm, in a bad situation. He is excellent at his job and very informative.

Robert, was polite, courteous and efficient! He even allowed me to sit in his truck to warm up, while he loaded my car. I was surprised how quickly he was able to load my car on the truck bed.

I give Mitchell's a 5 star review because they earned it. I will recommend Mitchell's Towing to anyone! I will also use Mitchell's Towing every time, going forward. If I could give more stars I would.
