ON Feb 23, 2021, I called my insurance company in distress...needing my car to be towed, I thought! My insurance company called Mitchell’s Towing and Recovery, and they sent MICK , the tow truck driver, to my rescue. He was very knowledgeable and courteous. He saw the problem as soon as he sat down in the driver’s seat. He put a charger on the battery and fixed the problem and within minutes... I was on my way. My hero for the day. This is the second time in four months that I've needed a jump start for my dead battery. Both times, Brian arrived within just a few minutes and got my car started. He was friendly, courteous, and even followed me to the service station to make sure I didn't have any trouble on the way!
