ON Feb 23, 2021, I called my insurance company in distress...needing my car to be towed, I thought! My insurance company called Mitchell’s Towing and Recovery, and they sent MICK , the tow truck driver, to my rescue. He was very knowledgeable and courteous. He saw the problem as soon as he sat down in the driver’s seat. He put a charger on the battery and fixed the problem and within minutes... I was on my way. My hero for the day. This is the second time in four months that I've needed a jump start for my dead battery. Both times, Brian arrived within just a few minutes and got my car started. He was friendly, courteous, and even followed me to the service station to make sure I didn't have any trouble on the way! Long story short, this was a second tow truck sent out to me tonight 1/14/21. The first company, whom I will NOT give any information on, literally claimed they were at my car to tow me. They never were near me and left! I called my insurance company back and they sent out Mitchell’s tires truck, he was there in a manner of minutes! And I was gone in a manner of minutes! Very professional and helpful. Will recommend to anyone.

This company is the most reputable towing company I have ever used (my family owned franchise auto dealerships for 35 years so I have used a lot of towing companies). The drivers are all gentleman and go above in beyond. The owner is a gentleman and fair. Take a minute and read the many reviews of the kind things he does.

My daughter was driving from Richmond back to Ferrum College in the dark, when her car broke down near Lynchburg along the side of the road. Brian was there in about 20 minutes to help her out and tow her. He waited with her until her Uber arrived!
