I was broken down with a dead battery downtown Lynchburg. Had tried to jump the car with no luck. Put in a service request through my insurance and they sent out Mark with Mitchell’s Towing. He called to give an update on the ETA and I really appreciated that. When he arrived he didn’t just jump out and start hooking my car up, he actually listened to the problem. He offered to try his jump pack to see if that’d work. Sure enough it started my car and saved me the tow fee! He was very friendly and professional. Would highly recommend! Thanks again.

Mark is a good young man. Got us hooked up and moving very quickly.He is very friendly and easy to talk too. Service was quick and very reliable. If I ever need a tow again will use them and recommend toy family and friends.

Drake came to me rescue again!! Unfortunately not even 2 hours after picking my car up from having it " fixed" it broke down on me. He was fast, friendly and is an incredible driver! He towed myself and my car back to the shop. Thanks again for everything!!

I was very pleased with the courteous and timely service provided by Mitchell’s after my accident. Mark was the driver who came to tow my vehicle. He was friendly and gave me the time to get my key to him instead of just leaving. He even pulled up where the facility was located on his phone to show me. Mark made my experience less stressful.
