I was very pleased with the courteous and timely service provided by Mitchell’s after my accident. Mark was the driver who came to tow my vehicle. He was friendly and gave me the time to get my key to him instead of just leaving. He even pulled up where the facility was located on his phone to show me. Mark made my experience less stressful.

Ashley and her team are absolutely wonderful. My daughter got a flat and I wasn’t sure about the area she was in and Ashley assured me she was safe and that the driver from the company would stay with my daughter and her friend until their ride got to them.

FRED WAS MY DRIVER AND WAS QUICK TO GET MY CAR UP ON THE TRUCK. HE WAS SO PERSONABLE. W talked all the way to Roanoke from Lynchburg. He was empathetic to my situation and was patient when my card declined. I realized after I went in my house that I gave him my debit card instead of my CC. Anyway HD was just the nicest guy. GOD Bless him

Mark was great! He arrived in 10 mins of me calling. I was so stressed that I was holding up traffic in the middle of Fort Ave. mark had me loaded and home in a matter of 15 mins. Although my mom was there, Mark was so friendly (and funny) I was comfortable enough to ride home with him instead of her. I highly recommend Mitchell’s and if you can ask for Mark, he really turned my stressful situation into a breeze!
